President and Chief Executive Officer of Tupperware Brands Corporation, since October 2023. Ms. Goldman previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Avon North America from 2018 to 2019. Prior thereto, Ms. Goldman served as Chief Executive Officer of Spanx from 2002 to 2014. Earlier in her career, she served in various marketing and operational roles of increasing responsibility at The Coca-Cola Company for a decade.  

Jim Hughes joined Tupperware as EVP and Chief People Officer on April 22, 2024. He has 25+ years’ experience delivering culture transformation and human capital solutions for large enterprises. He joins Tupperware from United Parks and Resorts (owner of 13 theme parks) where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Previously, Jim was CHRO for Red Lobster, and held many HR positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo and earlier in his career at General Electric. Jim has served on private equity boards and has been a strong HR business partner in major transformations.

Samantha Lomow joined Tupperware as EVP, Chief Commercial Officer on Feb 1, 2024. Throughout her 25-year career across consumer products, entertainment, and retail industries, Lomow has led the transformation and growth of multi-billion-dollar global brand portfolios at large, publicly held companies, most recently at Foot Locker Inc. (NYSE: FL) where she was EVP & Chief Customer Officer. Previously, Lomow spent 20 years at Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) in increasing levels of responsibility, most recently as President of Branded Entertainment. Samantha is a member of the Board of Managers for Claire’s LLC since 2018.

Todd Greener joined Tupperware as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer in December 2023. Greener previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Foot Locker, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. Prior to Foot Locker, Greener was Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at Advance Auto Parts from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he served in various supply chain and operational roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric for more than two decades.

Martin Sambade joined Tupperware in July 2023 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Sambade previously served as Vice President IT & Digital at AstraZeneca from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Divisional CIO for the Consumer Health Division and the Specialty Care Division of Sanofi. Earlier in his career, he served in various IT & Digital roles in Bristol Myers Squibb.

Karen M. Sheehan serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary since January 2017. She previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from January 2016 through December 2016 and prior to that as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel since December 2014. Sheehan has been with Tupperware Brands for more than nine years, contributing invaluable leadership and expertise to our legal, compliance and product regulatory organization as well as providing cross-functional expertise in areas such as business development, capital markets, and litigation management.
